The Red Lion team would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who got involved, attended and supported our event on Sunday 14 September! The Farmers Hoedown 2025 had (at least) double the attendance of our 2024 event - and we raised an unbelievable £2,162 for charity including RABI Farmers Charity, FCN Farming Community Network and St Mary’s Church in Stodmarsh. A huge thank you to the Canterbury Young Farmers Club for all of their help with the event and to the village locals for bringing the village fate back! We’re so grateful to everyone who helped put our pub on the map and came out despite the weather! We’re already looking forward to hosting the Farmers Hoedown next year!
